JobInsights is operated by Jay Magi, Ontario, Canada. These terms apply when you join the JobInsights waitlist or use JobInsights. By doing either, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use JobInsights.

1. A free, invite-only beta

JobInsights is free and is in an invite-only beta. Features may change, and the service may be interrupted or ended at any time.

2. Who may use it

You must be 18 or older. JobInsights is not yet available to residents of Quebec. An invite, and the sign-in that comes with it, is for you alone.

3. Your content

What you add to JobInsights, such as your resume and your notes, stays yours. You allow us to store and process it only to provide JobInsights to you. Only add content you have the right to share.

4. Not advice

Scores, reviews and notes are information to help you decide. They can be wrong or incomplete. They are not career, legal or hiring advice, and they don't predict what an employer will do.

5. Job postings

Job postings come from employers and other third parties. We don't guarantee that a posting is accurate or still open, so check the employer's own page before you apply. JobInsights is not an employer, a recruiter or an employment agency.

6. Acceptable use

You agree to follow the acceptable use rules. We may suspend or end the access of anyone who breaks these terms.

7. No warranties

JobInsights is provided free, "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to JobInsights is limited to the amount you paid for it, which is zero. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost opportunities, earnings or data.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. If we make a material change, we'll notify users before it takes effect.

10. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
