JobInsights is operated by Jay Magi, Ontario, Canada. This policy explains what we collect, why, how long we keep it, and how to reach us.
The waitlist
When you join the waitlist, we keep your email address, the name you give, the date you joined, and the consent text shown beside the button. We use them only to send you an invite. No account is needed to join.
Your entry is deleted once your invite has been sent, or 12 months after you joined if no invite has been sent by then. Every invite email includes an unsubscribe link that deletes your entry. To be removed sooner, email info@jobinsights.cc from the address you joined with.
To limit abuse of the waitlist's forms, we keep a one-way hash of your IP address, never the address itself, for up to a day.
Invited users
If you're invited and sign in, we keep what you add to JobInsights, such as your resume, your targets, your saved roles and your notes, and use it only to provide JobInsights to you.
The app keeps a usage log of each request: the time, the email you signed in with, what was requested and whether it worked. Usage logs are kept for 90 days and then deleted automatically.
AI
During the beta, only the operator's own data is processed by AI. We don't send waitlist entries or invited users' data to an AI provider.
Service providers
- Cloudflare hosts this website and the waitlist, carries traffic to the app, and runs the app's sign-in check.
- Anthropic provides the AI models used on the operator's own data.
What we don't do
We don't show ads, and we never sell your data.
Age and location
JobInsights is for people 18 and over, and is not yet available to residents of Quebec.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed. If we make a material change, we'll notify users before it takes effect.
