A job search that shows its work.
JobInsights reads job postings published across Canada, scores each one against the experience you have confirmed, and explains every score. Then it keeps track of where each application stands.

How it works
Bring your resume
JobInsights turns it into a list of facts about your experience. You confirm each one, and only confirmed facts ever count.
Get scored roles
New postings from across the Canadian market are reviewed requirement by requirement against your facts, with a verdict and the reasons behind it.
Track your pipeline
Save roles, log applications and interviews, and see what needs a follow-up. Nothing you log changes a score.
What makes it different
Evidence, not keyword overlap
Each requirement in a posting is checked against something you have actually done, and the review cites it. Hard requirements, such as a licence or a security clearance, act as gates: a role you can't meet won't be dressed up as a strong match.
Your data stays yours
No ads, no selling your data, and no tracking on this site. You can export everything or delete it from the app at any time.
Location is never scored
Where a role is, and how many days it asks you to be in the office, are shown as information. They never raise or lower a score.
AI that shows its sources
Reviews are AI-assisted and can be wrong, so every judgment points to the posting's words and to your evidence. You decide; JobInsights never applies or contacts anyone for you.
Every score comes with its reasons
Open a role to see its verdict, the requirements behind it, what you already show and what's missing, and a short brief on pay and the hiring process when the posting says enough.
