How JobInsights uses AI

JobInsights uses Anthropic's Claude models to read job postings and to review them against confirmed facts about a person's experience.

During the beta, only the operator's own data is processed by AI. We don't send waitlist entries or invited users' data to an AI provider.

What to keep in mind

It can be wrong. AI can misread a posting or someone's experience.
It isn't advice. Scores and reviews are information, not career, legal or hiring advice, and they don't predict what an employer will do.
Location isn't scored. Where a role is, and how many days in the office it asks for, never enter a score.
It doesn't act for you. JobInsights never applies to jobs, and never contacts employers or recruiters.
