JobInsights started from a simple frustration: reading hundreds of job postings to find the few worth applying to.

Most job tools match keywords. A posting that mentions the right words scores well, whether or not you could win it, and nothing tells you why. JobInsights works the other way round: it starts from what you have actually done, checks each requirement against it, and shows its reasons, so you can trust the shortlist or argue with it.

It is built carefully and in small steps: postings only from sources it may use, scores that location never touches, AI that cites its evidence, and your data kept in Canada, never sold and deletable at any time.
